Casa de Mali was born as a bridge to promote cultural, social and economic exchanges between the two countries, in order to achieve sustainable development in Mali (schools, adult training, wells and self-sustaining gardens are some of the projects).
In Catalonia we organize various events such as concerts and music workshops, film screenings, conferences, debates and other activities.

Cicle Cinema Africà i Dona
In this third edition of ” Cicle de Cinema Africà i Dona (CCAD)”, iniciative from the “Associació Cultural Africadoolu”. Its projections are focused in relationships among other, where gender identities, origins, religion and community are key for bonding. Often, those identities are out of the box.

Casa de Mali invites you to the Cinemes Africans de Barcelona, where “They will have to kill us first” will be played. Later, it will be a debate and a Masterclass with Sara Ardite, an expert about sound narratives and the power of music as activism in Mali.
